jealouscupid we officially got our inspection date for next week! i'm so excited but also totally nervous. condos, especially in toronto, are usually super tiny so i'm kind of nervous that it will be too small of a space to really give us a nice living condition.
i'm also kind of nervous about the mortgage and having to be locked into a debt like that for like 30 years (seriously, wtf?). part of me keeps thinking we should have just bought a house further north when we still had the chance, or that we should have left the province altogether ... but i have to keep reminding myself that everything happens for a reason.
we're trying to get people to come in and see the place we're currently living at so we can pass off the rent onto someone else but that's proving to be a little difficult, too. a lot of people are seriously super flakey haha.
oh well! overall, it's still very exciting! i hope we can move in properly, after we paint and everything.
